So I spent the day with a good friend and she was teaching me about body energy and auras and stuff like that because shes really into it, and its fascinating!
She had me do these exercises where she would “cut” my energy and then give it back and it was crazy! for example, I would stand in a position with my arm out and I would have to resist against her trying to push my arm down. Then she would do this thing and “cut” my energy and then we would try it again and my arm would buckle so easily.
We did other ones where I would have to resist against her trying to push my arm down but only this time I would hold pieces of paper to my chest that had words on them. At the time I had no idea what words were written on them but after we found that I was able to resist her more (stronger) when I held positive words like “love” or “peace” to my chest then when I held negative words like “hate” or “war”.
The whole thing was quite weird and now I need to figure out more about it so I can understand it. It’s a awkward step for someone like me who has spent most of their time on psychology and other things like neurolinguistics, but its something that must be looked more into now :)
